If the reservation is canceled up to 24 hours before the check-in date, the total amount will be refunded to the payment card. If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the check-in date, the first night's accommodation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount, including the deposit and cleaning fee, if any, will be refunded to the payment card. If the reservation is canceled while the accommodation is in progress, the total amount of the days of stay (including the day of cancellation) plus the cleaning fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the payment card.

• If you cancel your reservation up to 15 days before the check-in date, the total amount will be refunded to your payment card.
• If you cancel your reservation between 10 and 15 days before the check-in date, you will receive a refund of 40% of the total amount for the days of stay, in addition to the deposit and cleaning fee, if any.
• If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before the check-in date, you will receive a refund of 25% of the total amount for the days of stay, in addition to the deposit and cleaning fee, if any.
• If you cancel your reservation while the accommodation is in progress, the total amount for the days of stay, including the day of cancellation, will be deducted, as well as the cleaning fee and 70% of the total amount for the remaining days without accommodation. The remaining amount will be refunded to your payment card.

• If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the check-in date, the total amount will be refunded to your payment card.
• If you cancel your reservation between 20 and 30 days before the check-in date, you will receive a refund of 40% of the total amount for the days of stay, in addition to the deposit and cleaning fee, if any.
• If you cancel your reservation less than 20 days before the check-in date, you will receive a refund of 25% of the total amount for the days of stay, in addition to the deposit and cleaning fee, if any.
• If a reservation is canceled while the accommodation is ongoing, in addition to the cleaning fee, a deduction will be made up to 100% of the total amount for the remaining days of the stay, and no refund will be made.
