Missafir offers only homes managed in its own portfolio to its guests. Third parties can only rent out, after becoming a member of website, they cannot publish any listing. In this way, the service quality is guaranteed and maximized by Missafir. When the guests staying in the homes managed by Missafir encounter any problem, Missaf intervenes by providing instant solutions.

The homes managed by Missafir are published on 15+ platforms such as Airbnb, etc.

If the reservation gets canceled up to 14 days before the check-in date, the full amount will be refunded. If the reservation gets canceled 7 to 14 days before the check-in date, 60% of the reservation amount will be refunded and a 40% deduction will be applied. If the reservation gets canceled less than 7 days before the check-in date, the cleaning fee will be refunded, the stay fee will not be refunded and a 100% deduction will be applied.
