Towels and Bed Linen

Towels and bed linen washed at high temperatures are provided before the accommodation.

Gloves and Mask

Gloves and masks are used during the cleaning process

Surfaces

Surfaces such as light switches, doorknocks, remote controls and taps are disinfected.

Disinfection

After the cleaning operation, nano disinfection process is performed.

Domestic Waste

Disposable cleaning materials are bagged and thrown away after the procedure.

Hand Disinfectant

Hand sanitizer is put in our homes for our cleaning team and our guests

You do not need to pay a deposit for short stays. For long-term stays, a deposit can be requested according to the size and location of the house, you can contact us for detailed information about it.

When the guests staying in the homes managed by Missafir encounter any problem, Missaf intervenes by providing instant solutions.

The homes managed by Missafir are published on 15+ platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com etc.

If the reservation gets canceled up to 14 days before the check-in date, the full amount will be refunded. If the reservation gets canceled 7 to 14 days before the check-in date, 60% of the reservation amount will be refunded and a 40% deduction will be applied. If the reservation gets canceled less than 7 days before the check-in date, the cleaning fee will be refunded, the stay fee will not be refunded and a 100% deduction will be applied.
